To ensure safety, health, longevity and maximizing performance in the field, the MIDF has established the height-weight standards you see in the chart below.

Anyone above the max weight in pounds, by age will have time to meet the requirements by participating in a weight loss program until weight falls within guidelines.

An alternative uniform is required for those whose weight falls above the limits in the far right column (in red).
